Professional Carpet Systems formally Sherman’s Carpet Cleaning has been family owned and operated for more then 30 years and is now owned and operated by Tom Sherman and wife Stephanie. The Sherman’s merged into the Professional Carpet Systems franchise in April 2005. Professional Carpet Systems was founded in 1978 and has represented in 32 states. PCS is a dynamic and growing franchise that brings a wealth of knowledge and depth to our business.

Tom is an IICRC Certified Master Cleaner with experience in more areas of carpet cleaning then could be listed here. Tom is the President of the Ohio SCRT (Society of Cleaning and Restoration Technicians) chapter. The SCRT is the largest trade association in the U.S. for the cleaning and restoration industry.  Tom also sits on the Board of Directors for this national organization. He shares this honor  with top industry fiber producers like Shaw Industries, and other accomplished industry technical advisors, and trainers.  As the Ohio President of the SCRT, Tom is in charge of setting up monthly training meetings for all of the member companies throughout Ohio.  These connections provide Professional Carpet Systems with the latest in cutting edge technology and information in the industry.
